1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Financial Doctor platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service. Financial Doctor is operated by qualified Chartered Accountants and provides online financial and compliance services in India.

2. Services Provided

Financial Doctor provides assistance with:

• Income Tax Return (ITR) filing
• GST registration and filing
• Company, LLP, and firm registration
• Trademark, FSSAI, MSME, and other business licenses
• Net worth certificates and digital signatures
• Payroll and advisory services

All filings are prepared by or under the supervision of qualified CA professionals and are subject to applicable laws and regulations.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information for all filings.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of documents you upload.
• You must not use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Payment Terms

All service fees are displayed before you proceed to payment. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By completing a payment, you authorise us to begin work on your application.

Refunds are available within 7 days of payment if work has not yet commenced. Once our team has begun processing your application, refunds are at our discretion. Contact support@financialdoctor.in for refund requests.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the platform are the property of Financial Doctor. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Financial Doctor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability in any matter related to the Service is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for delays caused by government portals, regulatory changes, or information provided incorrectly by you.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
