• Government portals (Income Tax Department, MCA, GST Portal) — only for processing your filings
• Razorpay — for secure payment processing
• Cloud infrastructure providers — for hosting and storage (data stored in India where possible)
• Our CA professionals — who process your applications under confidentiality obligations

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure token-based authentication, and restricted access to personal data. Documents you upload are stored securely and accessible only to authorised personnel processing your application.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and application data for a minimum of 7 years as required by Indian tax laws and the Companies Act. You may request deletion of your account; however, records required for legal compliance cannot be deleted within the retention period.

6. Your Rights

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Correction: Update incorrect information via your profile settings
• Deletion: Request account deletion (subject to legal retention requirements)
